Krishna Kumar is the Founder & Managing Director of Quintrix, a company that is on a mission to upskill 10,000 individuals, tuition-free.

Krishna built a talent transformation model at Quintrix called ‘recruit-train-deploy’ that addresses the biggest challenges in today’s talent market i.e. scarcity, skills development, diversity and retention. This model has become the gold standard for attracting, training, and retaining diverse talent for Fortune 1000 companies.

Within 3 years of building this recruit-train-deploy model, Quintrix was acquired by one of the largest workforce solutions companies Mindlance Inc.
